Joe Barrett is Director of Strategic Marketing QUALCOMM Europe Inc and is based in London. He is responsible for European marketing strategy, business intelligence and supports European Industry Analyst relations.

Joe joined QUALCOMM in January 2006 as part of the Flarion Technologies acquisition. Prior to that he was at Nokia Networks for 12 years. Joe has been involved in various telecommunications marketing campaigns and initiatives over the past 20 years, from distribution to 3G business strategies.

Joe holds an MSc. in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan
