- 514 HSPA operators commercially launched in 197 countries (GSA report: May 2, 2013)
- 100% of WCDMA operators worldwide have also deployed HSPA
- 432 commercial HSPA networks (84%) support 7.2 Mbps (peak DL) or higher
- 299 operators i.e. 58% of HSPA operators have launched HSUPA
- 5.8 Mbps HSUPA is in commercial service on 228 networks. A further 18 networks have deployed 11.5 Mbps HSUPA

- Taken together it means 415 operators are investing in LTE in 124 countries
