How to joinThe number of mobile subscription in Russia stood at 160.6 million at June 30, 2007 representing annual growth of 14.06% (according to statistics provided by Informa Telecoms & Media).
VimpelCom, MTS and MegaFon were awarded 3G licenses in April 2007. Operators have started UMTS/WCDMA network deployments on the whole territory of the Russian Federation.
